Returns are easy - just email your order information to support@neimylabel.com to receive your return label.

ORIGINAL CONDITIONS REQUIRED

  • Labels intact
  • Return in original bag
  • Unwashed
  • Odor-free (no perfume or smoke)
  • Stain-free (make-up, deodorant)
  • Free of animal hair (allergen concerns)


Failure to meet original condition results in a 30% refund. Missing bag, packaging, or labels void refund eligibility.

HOW IT WORKS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A PRODUCT

If you encounter any issues or discrepancies with your product, such as damage or receiving the wrong item(s), please reach out to us promptly. You can contact us at support@neimylabel.com and provide the following details:

  • A concise description of the issue
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Please include a clear photo of the product displaying the damage

It's important to note that complaints should be raised within a reasonable timeframe from discovering the damage, as per the Consumer Purchase Act, which stipulates within two months. The damage must stem from a production fault rather than regular wear and tear. For instance, a hole in the garment's center is considered wear and tear, not a production defect.

If your complaint is validated, we'll replace the product with a new or equivalent item. If this isn't feasible, a refund will be issued instead. We always strive to devise creative solutions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
