Price and payment
When you shop with us at NEIMY, you can feel safe. We only use secure payment services. You can pay with regular payment cards as well as payment via Klarna. To order goods from us, you must be 18 years of age. All prices are stated including 25% VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are specified at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery of ordered goods takes place to the address you have specified at the time of ordering. It is you as the customer who is responsible for entering the correct delivery information and thereby giving us the opportunity to deliver to the correct address.
If you are unable to receive your goods at the time of delivery, they will be returned to the carrier and any additional costs may be incurred to re-run the delivery. After receiving the delivery, the customer is responsible for checking the goods for possible damage together with the carrier. If transport damage is discovered after the carrier has left the goods, this must be reported to us within 5 days of the received delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product. We do not compensate customers for delayed deliveries.
Right of withdrawal and return
As a consumer, you have the right to invoke your right of withdrawal within 14 days. If it takes longer than 14 days, it is a non-approved return and the package will be sent back to you. If you want to change to another size, place a new order in the web shop - state that it is an exchange and we will help you to change the size free of charge, we then need to know the order number of the item being exchanged and its size. When we receive your return, we check the condition of the item. We cannot accept returns that have damage or the like. The product must be returned in the original packaging and sent back to us packaged.
If you have tried a product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties and function, we have the right to demand compensation from you for the reduction in value caused by the condition of the product. We can make a deduction of up to 100% if the returned product has undergone a reduction in value that means we cannot resell it. If the return is approved, we will credit your invoice, minus shipping costs. NEIMY does not reimburse the cost of return shipping that the customer has paid for himself.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Save the receipt you receive upon submission.

Complaint
We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means that you have at least 3 years' right to complain. The error must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the error should have been discovered. In the case of complaints, you must contact us at customer service via email: support@neimylabel.com as soon as possible after the fault has been discovered.
Dispute
Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and otherwise refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool:

Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority's decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances and a comparable event beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means release from our obligations to fulfill concluded agreements .
